FREE
Cathedral of St. Bartholomew -- From 1356 onwards, emperors of the Holy Roman Empire were elected in this collegiate church as kings in Germany, and from 1562 to 1792, emperors-elect were crowned here. Only 3 euros to climb to the top!
Romer -- Medieval buildings around you in Europe with dining experiences around and shopping experiences around makes it a very nice experience. there are lot of local and branded stores around where you can shop eat and enjoy the european architectural master pieces.
Kleinmarkthalle -- local market (obviously not free if you buy things) but great for people watching and living like a local
Museumsufer -- Kind of like the Smithsonian complex in DC with museums on both sides of the river. Museums dedicated to Modern art, German film, communications, sculpture, religious icons, furniture, history of Frankfurt, and many more!

Staedel Museum -- 14th century through the present day
Palmengarten -- Frankfurt's beloved botanical gardens are home to 50 acres of tropical trees, orchids and ferns.
Main Tower -- The Main Tower is one of the highest buildings in Frankfurt. Climb to the top of this 200-meter high building (take an elevator for the first 190 meters and walk the last 10) for incomparable views of the city.
